How do I make a purchase on the KDK Online Store?

  1. Select the product you wish to purchase and click on "Add to cart" on the relevant product information page.
  2. You can continue shopping after adding a product to your cart. When you finish selecting products, go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout".
  3. Sign in to your KDK Account or create an account by entering your email address & password and select “Continue”.
  4. Enter your shipping and payment information.
  5. Click on “Checkout” to pay and place your order.

Order is completed when you see an order completion message. An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, please check your junk email or spam folder.
Alternatively, log in to your KDK Account to see your order summary.

Can I check out as a guest?

You will have to create an account in order to place order so that we can send you an order confirmation email. Under your account, you can use it to check on your order and your rewards.

How can I confirm if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email for successful order transactions. Please check your junk email or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your My Account to see your order summary

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

How do I check order information and status?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully placed.

  1. For smaller fan (without installation) : You will receive an email regarding the delivery date within 1-3 working days.
  2. For bigger fan (with installation) : It will be carried out according to the installation date and time you have chosen.

In the event that the installation is not able to carry out as per the date, we will inform the Customer as soon as practicable either by telephone or through email address provided by the Customer.

Can I modify my order details? If I would like to add, remove or cancel products from my order

You may send in your request via email to onlinesales@capital.com.sg within 24 hours from the date of purchase. T&Cs apply.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I still place an order, so that I receive the item when it’s back in stock?

If a product is out of stock, you may sign up by inset your email address to receive information on stock availability via e-mail. You will then receive an email when the product is back in stock.
On certain occasions, we allow pre-order for products, you can place an order and receive it once it is available.
