Capital Distributors was appointed as exclusive sole distributor for KDK, the Japanese brand of electric fan in 1996.
Since then, it had taken the KDK brand into Vietnam, Brunei, Bangladesh, Laos and Maldives.
In Singapore and Vietnam, KDK products can be found in all major mass merchandise stores and over 100 island wide electrical shops. It collaborates with M&E consultants, government agencies and developers to provide air moving
equipment and ventilating systems.

KDK Celebrates The Community With Marsiling
The management & staff of Capital Distributors, together with Grassroots Adviser to Marsiling Grassroots Organizations, Madam Halimah Yacob, distributed fans to 150 low-income residents of Blk 4 and 5 in Marsing.
The residents were also treated to a 10-course scrumptious lunch. They also win KDK thermal flasks in a luckydraw. And for residents who are karaoke fans, a Karaoke system was arranged for them to sing their favorite songs.
Capital Distributors chose to give in kinds as the KDK fans will deliver real benefits for the less privileged who need more assistance to improve their basic living condition.

Capital Distributors celebrated KDK 105th anniversary with a donation of $105,000 to The Straits Times Pocket Money Fund, which helps children from low income families with expenses on food and transport.

Capital Distributors together with the management committee of Sarah Seniors Activity Centre celebrated pre-Mother’s Day
The management and staff of Capital Distributors together with the management committee of Sarah Seniors Activity Centre celebrated pre-Mother’s Day with the senior residents. They were treated to lunch, games and karaoke singing competition.
All seniors went home with red packet, goodie bag filled with food, personal toiletries and handmade flower specially ordered from Flowercraft team of the activity centre. Residents enjoyed instant photo taking by the professional photographers. They also get to bring home printed copies of their photograph. Capital Distributors also donated wheelchairs to the Activity Centre.

100 seniors were entertained by the student volunteers with Lion Dance performance and songs. They were also treated to scrumptious buffet lunch. MP Josephine Teo together with MD Jeffrey Lim handed out red packet and oranges to all the seniors.
The seniors went home with goodie bag filled with rice, cooking oil and household necessities. They also received gift of an umbrella with anti-slip rubber stud to double up as a walking stick. The management and staff of Capital Distributors and Capital Marketing were at hand to interact and help the seniors.

Capital Distributors Marked KDK 100th Anniversary
Capital Distributors marked KDK 100th anniversary by giving 500 free fans to needy seniors residents in the Central Singapore district, which has the highest concentration of seniors in Singapore. The first 100 senior residents in Toa Payoh Lor 5 received the fans at a birthday celebration event in honour of age, rejoicing both the legacy of human life and KDK’s 100th anniversary. Guest of honour, Mr Zainudin Nordin, Mayor of Central Singapore District and Advisor to Bishan-Toa Payoh GROs, together with Mr Jeffrey Lim, MD of Capital Distributors for KDK, made door-to-door visits and personal delivery of KDK fans to non-ambulant seniors.
The management and staff of Capital Distributors together with volunteers from CHIJ Toa Payoh and Central CDC buddied other seniors at the birthday lunch. The students performed songs to entertain the seniors. The project is supported by volunteers from Central Singapore Community Development Council and CHIJ Secondary School (Toa Payoh). Capital Distributors continued the distribution of the remaining 400 KDK fans to Redhill Moral Seniors Activity Centre, Indus-Moral Care, Care Corner Seniors Activity Centre @ Toa Payoh Lor 7 and Peace-Connect @ North Bridge Road.
